Hello!
My beautiful wife, Jessica, and I grew up in the area. We currently live in Oneonta in a country home overlooking the mountains with our beloved son, Terran, our pup Aida, and over 100 house plants (thanks to my wife and her green thumb!). I love to hike, run, and spend time in the outdoors. Jess loves to garden, practice yoga, and soak up the sunshine on our property. So far, we can say confidently that Terran likes to smile, laugh, snuggle, explore, eat and play! His first phrase was, “I did it.” Only a few months old and his personality is already shining through.
Why did I start a home improvement company?
I grew up working with my dad who owned Holscher Painting, an interior and exterior painting company and eventually Holscher Sealcoating, an asphalt maintenance company. I was operating machinery, perfecting landscapes, and repairing driveways and roads from a young age, so home improvement is in my DNA. I led my family’s New England asphalt maintenance company from 2014 to 2021 and during that time we became the highest rated asphalt company in New England with a perfect rating on Google, building relationships and systems that always put customer service first.
In 2019, I started selling real estate as a passion project and now I help many clients throughout the region to sell their homes for top dollar. Over the years I have struggled to find quality contractors who could make themselves available for my clients and who would cater their services to my home sellers and buyers. This year, I decided to channel my contracting roots and build a business oriented specifically to serve homeowners that are working to sell or buy real estate. I want to help make a complicated process a little bit simpler for homeowners and their real estate agents.
